What camera should I get for making movies at home?

I need a video camera and a good editing program and what kind of computer should I use Mac or PC?
My resources are not that big so I need low price but good equipment.
I want to make movies at home not just kids in bake yard but Spielberg kind of stuff. Need help in how to start.
